  • Transaction & Ledger Records: Comprehensive logs of your deposits, sponsored produce lots, Day 3 and Day 7 settlement payouts, and referral credits.
  • Technical Identifiers: IP addresses, browser information, and secure HTTP-only session cookies used to authenticate and protect your account session.

Your information is used strictly to provide and improve the agro-exchange services:

  • Creating and maintaining your secure Digital Farm account.
  • Allocating dynamic virtual accounts to process payments for produce lots.
  • Verifying bank account details prior to manual NIBSS withdrawal dispatch.
  • Transmitting real-time SMS/email and in-app alerts regarding Day 3 and Day 7 milestones.
  • Maintaining immutable audit logs for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
